Academic Mission
As a studio-based institution, we act through critical thinking, innovation, and creative production. Our goals are to:
- produce graduates who possess the skills and knowledge necessary to function as successful art and design practitioners and as informed citizens, engaged productively with contemporary culture and society
- discover new and socially relevant ways to contextualize, represent, engage with, and critique our world through visual culture and design.
