To provide inclusive communication to all members of the ACAD community, an @acad.ca e-mail address is issued to all regular full-time and part-time students, faculty and staff.

Your e-mail address is generally established as your:

firstname.lastname@acad.ca

This is also the access login name applied to your NA2 (Computer Network Access) account (without the @acad.ca).

NOTE: For those persons with hyphenated or extra long names beyond 19 characters in length you will have to see C+TS staff in room 440 or call the Helpdesk at 403.338.5555 to create a unique name, meeting the length requirement, with which you are comfortable.
ACAD Webmail

Messages older than 120 days will be automatically deleted. Please save any messages you wish to keep beyond this time. You may also Forward your mail to any other existing account by clicking the Options button and then click Forwarding typing in the address to forward to and then saving. All forwarded messages will be retained on the @acad.ca mail system until the 120 day expiry period.
